Cindy Luke is our new chapter president!

As there were no other nominations, Cindy Luke will be your new President.  I thank her for stepping forward to prevent the dissolution of our Chapter, and wish her the best of luck over the next 2 years.  Dana Hickman and I will be available to her as needed, but I'm sure she will learn the ropes quickly.  I will lead this next meeting and then hand off to her to continue the work of bringing APRNs in Gwinnett and Forsyth together for socialization and learning.

We have 37 registered attendees for Thursday's meeting.  If you know any other APRNs, tell them there is still a little room!  And don't forget we still need APRNs to spend time at the capitol - even if you can only attend an afternoon committee meeting, you will find it educational and increase our visibility with legislators.  Email Molly Bachtel if you are interested at MKJONE2@emory.edu with your date and time.  See you in two days!
