Dear Gwinnett/Forsyth Chapter Current/Former Members,

I hope this message finds you well. 

As part of our ongoing efforts to provide a meaningful experience for all of the members in our chapter, we are conducting a short survey to gather your insights, thoughts, and experiences.

Your perspective is deeply valued, and your participation plays a vital role in shaping initiatives for our chapter’s future. We understand that "survey fatigue" is real, but please know that your responses go directly to your Gwinnett/Forsyth board members to help us better serve your needs. UAPRN is proud to be the only organization in Georgia that brings together all Advanced Practice Registered Nurses—including Nurse Practitioners, Nurse Anesthetists, Clinical Nurse Specialists, and Nurse Midwives—under one unified voice.

The survey takes approximately 5-7 minutes to complete, and all responses are anonymous and will be kept strictly confidential. Please have responses complete by July 13, 2025.
