Free medications at Publix for your patients

Like me, many of you treat under-insured or un-insured patients who are looking to cut healthcare costs.  I have made the following attachment to hand out to such patients to inform them about which medications and quantities they can obtain free from Publix.  Feel free to download it and use it as well.  

I also mention to patients that the cheapest places to fill prescriptions are Costco and Wal-Mart.  They do NOT have to be a member of Costco to use the pharmacy - just tell them at the door that they are there for prescriptions only.  A law was passed some years ago making members-only pharmacies illegal.
